Check-in / check-out and accessibility
Check-in is available from 4pm, please try to advise us of your arrival time. Earlier check-ins are possible by prior arrangement only.
Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. The Old Milking Parlour may not be accessible for those who may have mobility difficulties. This is due to the steps up to the entrance. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss.

Parking
There is ample off road parking available at the The Old Milking Parlour

Cancellations
In the unfortunate event of needing to cancel with less than 14 days' notice, we will try to re-sell your date, or we may be able to offer an alternative date in the low season instead (Nov - Feb). If we re-sell your dates, you will receive a refund of your booking, less an admin fee of 10% of the full booking amount.

Booking
On booking you will be asked to pay a deposit to reserve your dates. This is refundable if you cancel more than 6 weeks before your arrival date.
You must pay in full before arrival, or pay in full at time of booking if booking with less than 14 days of your arrival date. Please ensure we have your contact details at time of booking.
House rules
Please remove your shoes. No smoking, vaping, candles or naked flames inside. No pets or children. No parties and only paying guests to stay. Damages must be reported and paid for, please. We reserve the right to cancel your booking or refuse entry due to inappropriate behaviour.
